The ACA, often called Obamacare, expands eligibility for Medicaid, and sets up a statewide health-insurance exchange website for people to buy plans.

A representative of Connect for Colorado, the exchange website, will be on hand to answer questions, and a representative from the Piñon Project also will be answering questions and providing information.
