This flag flew over Saigon during the Vietnam war and was mailed to David Reineke by classmate Jack Duff, who was shot and killed before the flag arrived. Now Reineke displays it every year, in the name of Duff. Reineke was stationed at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., at the time.
