The fund will provide a boost to community-led nonprofit organizations. Access to capital at low-to-no interest rates ensures all Colorado nonprofits serving and led by communities of color can invest in capital projects, infrastructure, internal capacity building and more to build stability and create bold and powerful visions for the future.

The CCC Loan Fund was launched with a $3 million initial investment under the management of LCFC, with support from The Colorado Health Foundation, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and The Colorado Trust. It will make Program Related Investments to nonprofits of color in Colorado between 0% and 2%.

Funding is available for organizations led by and serving Black, Latino, AAPI and Native American communities.
